"This person had a wall sink that I told her over and over would have to be remove because it was impossible to make clean cuts around the mounts and pipes under the sink. I explained in great detail why a perfect install was not possible unless it was removed. It seemed like she understood and told me "just do the best you can". I said I would but it won't be perfect. I spent over 1 1/2 hours trimming around the pipes and thought it looked fine. Not perfect but under the circumstances very good. She came in and started berating me with insults and I thought the best thing to do is stop and let someone else finish. She continued to insult me and then told me to leave. I packed up and left and did not charge her anything. There is not an installer alive who could have done better without removing the sink. I always do the very best I can and my reviews reflect that. She was impossible to please and very rude."

"I was not the individual who contacted this person. I am licensed, bonded, and fully insured. It was his way of trying not to pay."

"There is no one named Kevan associated with me. This is someone else. The original job was for the removal of wallpaper in her bathroom for which she wrote a positive review. She changed it after someone else did the same job in her bedroom. This explains the 9 month difference between the positive review and this negative review."
