"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. The first thing he tried worked, and the price was fair. He reminded me, as he left, that the work was warrantied for 30 days and to call him if there was any subsequent recurrence. "We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."
