Him and his crew were right on time, getting right to work. They were polite, professional, informative and cleaned up after themselves. Leaving us with a dryer basement and a 10 yr transferable warranty on their work. I’d highly recommend this company.

In 2016 we were preparing to list for sale a rental home in Livonia when we noticed water drainage on the basement floor and the realtor recommended we get the wall cracks repaired ASAP. I called several contractors and none could evaluate the problem for a week. When I called AR Crack Repair, the owner came that very evening, explained the cause and the needed repair, and on inspection, found another crack elsewhere in the basement that had been concealed with paint. Because of our urgent need, he came early the next morning (before his 1st scheduled appointment) to do the first step in the repair then returned that evening (after the drying) to complete the job. He did a great job, and met our urgent needs. The buyer’s inspector commented in his report the job was “appropriate & well done.” I had forgotten to complete a review until I was removing messages from my phone, so that’s why this review is tardy. We don’t live in Michigan anymore and don’t have a basement, but we were so pleased with AR’s responsiveness in accommodating our needs, I had to fulfill my promise to do a review.

Mr Haddad returned our call almost immediately and we agreed on a time and day that he would come out to look at the problem. He was prompt and efficient and quoted us a price that was very competitive. After discussing it over night with my wife, I called him back to book the job. Again, he returned the call quickly and we set a date to have it done. He thoroughly explained what need to be done and how long it would take . True to his word, he arrived right on time, did what he had to do and cleaned up all excess materials and was gone before we knew it. I hope I don't get another leak, but if I did, I would certainly hire him again.

Within a week the estimate and repair were complete. They also walked around the exterior of the house and found a lawn sprinkler head that was depositing too much water in an outside area adjacent to the crack. Since the repair, there is no more leaking. Not only did they repair the crack, they discovered the likely source of the excess water. We are completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend AR to anyone needing this type of repair.

Ed arrived and went straight to work. He did excellent job, even sweeping the floor in the area where water leaking from the crack would accumulate. There was a heavy rain the next day and the repair didn't allow not a drop of water in.

The crack was cleaned then injected with urethane. Technician completed job in less than 8 hrs. He found that water was also leaking down fireplace chimney due to deterioration of cement chimney cap and missing mortar on chimney. A new chimney cap was installed and mortar replaced which helped to mitigate the leak.

The repair went very smoothly. We were kept in the loop in the days leading up to the repair based on weather reports when the work should be done. The work was done promptly and with much attention to detail. We had severe rainfall within a few days of having the work done and did not have any signs of water entering. Ed was very friendly and professional. I would be comfortable to recommend him to anyone in need of a similar repair.
