Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "I have used About Green twice in the past 3 years. Our backyard has a lot of trees and very tall tree-type hedges. Since it was a major part of the reason we bought the home, we want to maintain the health of the landscaping back there. Vince and his team scaled and thinned/trimmed a couple very tall redwood trees, removed an unhealthy leaning tree and trimmed/maintained many other trees on our property. Vince is a pleasure to work with and very friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable in all of the trees that we have and suggests what service to do on each type of tree based on his knowledge of each. He explains it very clearly to us who don't know much about the subject. His work is quality and his goal is 100% customer satisfaction. On this last visit, they spent a few hours trimming a tree-type hedge and when I came home from work, I wanted it around 3 feet lower. Even though it meant repeating the work for a few hours, Vince did it without any argument. To me, that was a true test of customer satisfaction. They complete the work in a timely manner, over a 2 day period. They cleaned up the yard like new and disposed of a ton of trimmings (never seen so much in my life). I never even consider another tree service besides About Green. I plan to have him come out after summer to suggest some landscaping ideas as I haven't used him for that before.."
