"Evan was very helpful and professional. He ensured I had all the information about the testing process and answered all of my questions. He was also very friendly and honest with me about the work that has been done on my house and any future work to be done. As soon as I have a new project I will be reaching out to him directly and can’t recommend him enough!"

"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

"Tommy was very clear about the scope of the work. Every step was clearly explained. The staff was polite, hard working and it was apparent that they wanted to do a good job."

"Professional and more than complete in their work and reporting. We could not have been more satisfied."

"We had a kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the home. Cabinets added in our office. To be honest it’s always scary watching your home being demolished, Wes & Ryan at Cabinet and Flooring Solutions made the whole process worth it. The crew they have working for them are all professionals answered all my questions, cleaned up removed all debris at end of day. I would highly recommend Cabinet and Flooring Solutions A big thank you, to you and your crew for working so hard"

"I had a really good experience with them Lead Tech we did both Asbestos and Lead testing, they arrived on time, worked diligently and provided the results in a timely fashion."

"I priced a number of companies for asbestos testing of a structure. Kurtis responded promptly and was able to conduct the test within just a couple of days of my call. They followed up with a call to let me know my results as soon as they were ready, the promptly mailed and emailed the final report. Very nice and total pros and the price is among the best in the biz."

"Larry answered my call and explained why we have no need to remediate what was safe in its present condition, notwithstanding the re-roofing we are about to perform on the house. In other words, although he could have suggested we engage him for some remediation work for which I apparently would have had no need, he was honest and talked me out of paying for something I did not need. Class act."

"He did a good job and I was very happy.  He's a great guy and I would use him again."

"My remediation was challenging because I live a couple states away from the house I own. I had received a quote from another company saying that my whole bathroom needed to be torn out. When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. I appreciated their honesty, even though it meant a smaller job. Maya came to the house to assess the damage, then remained my point of contact throughout the job. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She even recommended a 3rd party testing company to come and certify their work. AND all of this happened over the Christmas holiday. I was very happy with the service overall. My bathroom looks great and I have a certificate of remediation for my tenants. Thankful for this team."
