"I have been working with Ron McProud since around 2004 when he found extensive mold in my home after heavy rains led to water penetration. Ron identified the scope of damage, specified the protocol for repair and monitored a third party mold remediation contractor to make sure that they fully-remediated. He issued a report that gave me (and the eventual buyer of the house) complete comfort that the mold had been remediated.
