"From the first day we started dealing with Tamir and the team at Pure Restoration we knew we were going to have a good experience - because he LISTENED. Issues were discussed and laid out before they became actual problems and Tamir's experience helped us to avoid many simple mistakes that are often made by homeowners. All of the work was done professionally. Permits were pulled and inspections were passed. Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. Tamir also communicated his needs (code issues, etc.) to us. Throughout the job we all collaborated with a designer whose ideas were embraced by Tamir and his team (which is pretty rare). Progress was made on the job every day - and the workplace was kept clean and protected. "My remediation was challenging because I live a couple states away from the house I own. I had received a quote from another company saying that my whole bathroom needed to be torn out. When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. I appreciated their honesty, even though it meant a smaller job. Maya came to the house to assess the damage, then remained my point of contact throughout the job. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She even recommended a 3rd party testing company to come and certify their work. AND all of this happened over the Christmas holiday. "Mold was found behind the walls in our master bathroom during demolition for a remodel. We contacted 3 companies for mold remediation estimates. Circle Vision wasn't the cheapest, but their review of the site and estimate was the most thorough, and they made us confident that they would do their best to reduce the amount of additional repairs that would be required after remediation was over. Carlos was the lead for our project and he did a great job explaining every step of the work and was very easy to get ahold of for scheduling. Gus Jr. and Gus Sr. conducted the remediation at our house for 2 days. They arrived on time each day, protected the floor with paper, vaccumed and swept at the end of each day, and left the house cleaner than when they left. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left an air scrubber at the house for a few days to make sure all traces of mold were gone. They left the dining room wall covered with plastic so our toddler and cats wouldn't get in to the unfinished bathroom. When the inspector returned, he found everything was done to the letter and we passed inspection with no problems.
