Very friendly very not all of Jubal does an excellent job on the windows screens and can fix window screens and cleaning the lights in the tracks and all the windowsills plus can hose down or power wash the outside of the house and get stains off my sidewalk coming up to my door I would highly recommend them or use them a couple times and also a neighbor of mine

They gave me an estimate over the phone that was less than the one they gave when they arrived. They provide many additional services, which is valuable but seem to be constantly trying to earn more money. This is fine because many small businesses seem to struggle and have much competition but sometimes is a little annoying.

Very thorough, professional and hard workers. In addition to cleaning windows in and out, they cleaned solar panels and repaired screens as needed.

I did not like the fact that I was quoted a price that was increased by almost 15% before the work even started, with no real explanation for the increase. The quality of work was ok, but I had to touch up a few of the windows after the work was completed.

The project was for exterior window cleaning. The quality of work was good but could have been better on a few of the windows. The main issue that I have is that I was quoted a price for the service after providing an accurate count for the number and type of windows, but when Art showed up for the job, he increased the price quoted by more than 14%, although I had already removed all of the screens and replaced them myself after the cleaning was completed.

The communication was very clear and good.
