Michael provided a reasonable quote to test our kitchen, dining room and entryway paint for lead and the floor for asbestos ($360). He was both prompt and courteous, and the results were delivered when promised. We were very happy to do business with him.

I priced a number of companies for asbestos testing of a structure. Kurtis responded promptly and was able to conduct the test within just a couple of days of my call. They followed up with a call to let me know my results as soon as they were ready, the promptly mailed and emailed the final report. Very nice and total pros and the price is among the best in the biz.

Representative arrived before the scheduled time (which was not a problem for us).  We requested lead paint testing of the kitchen area where some minor modifications were to be done.  Testing was a requirement from the contractor.
He offered to test other adjacent areas at no charge.  He was friendly, polite and the whole process took less than 30 minutes.
Lastly, the cost was considerably less than other vendors, including the one referred by the big box home improvement store.

Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.
I highly recommend him.

They were recommended to me by some window installers. We're required to test for lead paint before windows can be installed. They came out. Answered the phone right away. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They did good. I would highly recommend them.
