"1. The Quote process: Michael came out a day or two after I reached out for a quote. I a lot of research and had a ton of questions. He was patient and answered all of them. He was the fourth contractor we had bid this job. We were looking to replace our cedar shingle siding with James Hardie lap siding. He produced the quote on site and that evening I reached out to ask about also replacing our windows. He came over again the next day to talk about it and measure. Came out a third time the next day with his partner and window specialist to measure and check for egress issues in the bedrooms. He was patient and thorough and prepared two separate quotes. One for siding and one for windows. We decided over that weekend to book him. 2. Ordering the custom windows took 6 weeks. So that how long it took to start the job. Siding only wouldve been about a month wait. This gave us time to prep all the parts of the house that would need to be painted to match the new siding. We did this part of the job ourselves and saved several thousand. Mike was upfront that his guys arent painters. Theyd do it, but what they really do is siding. 3. The install: Crew did the whole home demo in 4 hours. They were quick, clean, efficient, magical. The window install took two very long days but everything was done perfectly. The house needed insulation, so they threw that up in a day, and then did the OSB, Hardie Wrap. Once the siding started going up was when I could tell that the Foreman, Luis, was an artist and a perfectionist. He was as determined to get get it right like I was, and I couldnt have asked for a better person to lead the team. They had never done a white siding/white trim job before and it was challenging. They problem solved the whole time and even did some special projects for me as they went. All told, the entire job was done in 8 full days. The place was cleaned up and ready for inspection at the end of the last day. We COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED."

The pictures I enclosed show tear off to finished install. Dimitri was very conscious about doing a good job and cleaned up after. I recommend using Dimitri if you need any exterior work."
