"It was fantastic! The company was very helpful when my construction was a little unusual. They found a great way to install my insulation!!the workmen worked tirelessly and I now have a very warm home. I highly recommend this company!!!"
You will never look at your home the same when you see what "Stack and Draft” is doing to waste energy.
Window Replacement
When you heat your home the hot air rises and begins to “Stack” pressure on the ceiling until it finds an escape route around the many holes hidden in the construction where walls and light fixtures meet the ceiling. The hot air leaking creates a draft by pulling in cold air from outside.
Window Replacement
The more you turn up your thermostat, the more "Stack" is applied to the ceiling, accelerating the icy cold "Draft" right behind it.

"Arrival was at 8:00 am and they stayed all day to rebuild the stucco around a window my son had replaced and left a gap around. They also repaired for free stucco damaged on another part of the house where my husband had installed an electric outlet. They did a superb job all around and we wouldn't use anyone else. Matt, the owner, came two days before and answered all our questions. We like HomePro very much."

Small jobs welcome

"We had dry rot on an existing exterior wall and originally thought we?d need to replace the T1-11 and repaint. Dmitriy from Diamond Exterior Renovations took the time to explain a better long-term solution and recommended switching to vinyl siding instead. Since this wall faces the weather side of the house and gets extremely hot in the summer, Dmitriy also suggested adding a layer of foil-backed insulation before installing the new siding. The results have been incredible?the wall stays noticeably cooler, and the overall look and durability are far better than what we originally planned. Dmitriy?s knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. We?re extremely satisfied with the work and highly recommend Diamond Exterior Renovations!"

"All the people showed care to work on my house. They did a great job installing siding, windows and doors and esp paid attention to details. The pricing is reasonable and no shady additional charge after the project started. I will use them again for other jobs on the house."

Eifs Installers questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible for experienced individuals. Professional installation ensures compliance with building codes and proper sealing.

Yes, you can install a bay window in an existing house. You’ll need to have a structural engineer draw up plans to add the necessary support to your exterior load-bearing walls and a general contractor to make the changes to the framing around the new wall opening. This will cost an average of $3,000. After that work is done, a window installer can set the new bay window in place.

The average cost to install an egress window is approximately $3,900, with a typical range between $2,500 and $5,300, though costs can be higher. The final price is influenced by several factors, including the window's size, type, material, and glass quality. Other variables include labor costs, location, excavation needs, and whether permits or a structural engineer consultation are required. The price of the window itself often depends on the number of panes:

  • Single-pane: $100–$400

  • Double-pane: $200–$500

  • Triple-pane: $300–$800

Additional features like window wells or covers will also increase the total project cost. It is advisable to obtain multiple quotes from professionals to get a comprehensive understanding of the expenses for your specific project.

When you need new windows depends on a variety of factors, including the age of your windows, the age of your home, and the climate you live in. If you’re dealing with budget constraints, you don’t need to replace all your windows simultaneously.

When buying new windows, you should consider energy efficiency, safety, and aesthetics to choose the right window for you.

Installing a window well costs anywhere from $500 to $1,500 or more. Adding an egress window and well runs about $3,900 on average. Adding a window well cover to the project can add $200 to $700. A well cover helps protect your egress windows from weather damage and keeps them clear of dirt, debris, and wildlife.
