"Mike and his crew were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. When Mike first came out to give us a quote, he made sure to spend the extra time to explain all of our options and never once tried to upsell us into a product that wasn t practical for our needs/budget. We ended up choosing Mikes company to install Hardie Lap siding on our mid 70s home. We had the original redwood T1-11 siding, which due to the condition, we were able to go right over the top of it. I had other contractors tell me they had to tear it off and replace it with OSB. I knew this wasn t necessary, but the average home owner may not know that. Mike was upfront and gave us both options, but recommended going over the existing siding to save on costs, as it was in good condition in most places. Due to dry-rought concerns at the bottom of the siding, Mike made sure to cut the bottom 2-3 off all of the existing siding to verify we weren t covering any issues. (Turns out dry-rought was extremely minimal). Since we were installing new siding, we decided to go with new windows as well. Mikes window crew worked hand in hand with the siding crew. The whole project was complete in one week. (Single story 1,350 sqft home, 11 windows) Being in construction, I am a bit more nit picky than most customers, so I pointed out a punch list I had for Mike. He showed up the next morning and addressed every one of my concerns without a question. I was very impressed with the no questions asked get it done attitude. Again, these were not things he did wrong, just minor requests I had after seeing the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Mike and his crew for your siding needs. "New Gen Exteriors removed the old vynl siding on my house and then installed new Hardie board siding with foam insulation underneath. Serg the owner was very polite, straight forward and easy to deal with, as were his men. They cleaned up each night and were also quiet when they worked, no loud radios etc. I plan on using Serg in the near future, because he does very professional work."

"Fantastic, I could not recommend this company more, Lon was very attentive to what I was saying during our walk through so he could find the right solution to our problem. We replaced approx 30% of the T-11 siding on my house in Antelope, replaced all the trim affected by dry rot and replaced the windows/slider. As they were sealing the new windows we could already tell the difference in the noise and how warm the sun felt through the glass. Brian was the lead installer for the windows and Ken for the siding project and they extremely knowledgeable and were fine with working around our 3 big dogs who had to go outside for bathroom breaks."

We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"
