I am not happy with this company. I called him 3 times to talk to him about the work that was done and he did not call me back. I had to call Leslies pool service to find out why my system was not working correctly. Not only was I not given info about certain things I could do there was something that was loose so my system would not work. Now, my pump has failed and I have to get a new one. I feel splash pool sabotaged my system and they knew it. They took my 625.00 and ran after he talked me into draining my pool which probably did not have to be done. I would have had all no stars if the system would have let me. I am not happy with their service and I should get a refund because the problem was never solved and I have to get a new pump which was working before they touched my equipment.

They also handle the weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. They always have done a good job and are reliable. Great customer service!

I love a family owned business

I had to let go on my previous pool company as they didn’t care about anything. Barry is great. He spent two hours on his first day and corrected everything that was wrong the pool. My pool was never cleaned like this. I am glad I hired them.

I was told the pool would be drained and cleaned; however, it does not appear that anything was done to the bottom of the pool. The build-up of debris remained (dirt, leaves). To be fair, the invoice did state that the filter needed to be ordered. Maybe this is the reason for dirt. I plan on following up on the filter replacement. 6/24/20 - Barry arrived today and installed the filter. The bottom was not cleaned because it needed the filter. Barry, answered all my questions. Splash Pool Care will be doing the monthly maintenance of my pool.

I hired Splash Pool Care because the previous pool cleaner we had let the pool go to garbage. Splash Pool Care came in accessed what needed to be done at a reasonable price, and now the pool looks fantastic.

This Company and Barry care about their customers and their pools. Barry is very up front with his concerns and responses. He also lets you know if there's a problem with the equipment and how to fix it. I would definitely refer Splash Pool Care to all my friends and family. Barry does an outstanding job.

Very honest. Barry responded very quickly. He gave us some really good advice on our pool equipment. Our filter is too small for our pool as well as the pool sweep. They adjusted our jets swept the pool, cleaned the filters and added the chemicals. We are very pleased with this service.
