"I called Hi Tech Steamer for services because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I was really impressed with the hot water extraction method used by their powerful equipment. The carpet, although not new, looks fantastic again. Allen and Jose were very professional, courteous, and efficient. "I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."

"Ricardo, Eli, and their helper Cheli were professional, friendly, completed each cleaning task thoroughly, quickly, and completely. From cleaning the blinds to looking new, walls, casings, vacuuming, windows, and carpets, the place looked as great as the day I moved in. Excellent critical thinking and addressing any cleaning challenge. They were very accommodating and considerate. Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move.
