"Ricardo, Eli, and their helper Cheli were professional, friendly, completed each cleaning task thoroughly, quickly, and completely. From cleaning the blinds to looking new, walls, casings, vacuuming, windows, and carpets, the place looked as great as the day I moved in. Excellent critical thinking and addressing any cleaning challenge. They were very accommodating and considerate. Their fee was reasonable and more than fair for all of the work they accomplished in 3-4 hours. Great people to work with at the end of a trying move. "Misa Acosta did an excellent job repairing the water damaged floor under the refrigerator. He even had to replace parts of the subfloor. He come out the next day and even worked on the weekend. He did not charge us extra for that and his price was lower than others. I highly recommend him."
