"After reading the many 5⭐️ reviews that Bears Tree Service had, I called them for a quote on a small tree job. Fernando came out within 30 minutes, listened to my tree trimming needs and gave me an immediate, reasonable quote. He was able to come out the same day, late afternoon, and did this job for me. Tree looks great, meets my expectations. Fernando cleaned up the work site, looks great. I highly recommend Bears Tree Service, if Fernando is the guy to do the job. 👍👍👍"

"Silverton and his team did an absolutely amazing job on cutting our huge cypress trees and strawberry trees. It was an all day job and we couldn't be happier with their profession and expertise. They also made sure to clean up every bit of debris from our yard and our 3 neighbors yards! We will definitely hire them for future projects."

Their equipment was top-notch, and their expertise was evident in how seamlessly they handled the job. What stood out the most was their commitment to leaving my property spotless. "They were fabulous! Jose and his crew showed up right when he said they would come, and everything seemed to go like clockwork. They stopped whenever I would want to take a close up look, followed my reasonable requests, and If I wanted something done that was not good for the overall health of the tree, he would tell me. The crew had fun, and sang and laughed while they kept working. They were polite and kind. The ending result is that the tree looks beautiful, there are lots of windows to see through, and when the breeze comes through, it looks just great. They cleaned everything up so nicely, and took all the tree clippings away, and also were done in the timeframe that Jose had committed. We will absolutely will hire them again! Thank you Jose and crew. We love you all!!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Not all leaning trees are dangerous, but they can be a hazard as gravity may eventually cause them to fall. A key factor is whether the lean is new or has been present for a long time. Trees that have grown with a lean for years are not typically an immediate danger, but a sudden lean is a cause for concern as it often indicates weakening roots. If a tree is leaning more than 15% from vertical, you should consider having it straightened or transplanted. To be safe, it's always best to hire a professional arborist to inspect any leaning tree to assess the risk and avoid potential accidents.

Some fast-acting products can rot a tree stump in four to six weeks. Keep in mind, these products contain harsh chemicals that may prevent regrowth in the area. Other products, like fertilizer that contains lots of nitrogen, can enhance the process and rot a stump in about a year. (This is compared to the ten years it can take naturally for a stump to rot.)

Lightning can cause massive damage, fires, and openings for other threats like bugs or fungal diseases. Barring any large fires or explosions, it’s difficult to tell how much damage a lightning strike has done until after a thorough inspection. Contact local authorities immediately if lightning strikes a tree in your yard and it causes a fire or explosion.

Dead tree branches should be removed, because they can cause the tree to lose nutrients. They can also make the tree more susceptible to disease and pests. Removing dead and diseased branches can help the tree recover and increase the odds of saving a dying tree. Make sure to prune the tree correctly to avoid damaging it further.

Unlike some fruit trees, such as apple, sweet cherry, or pear that require at least two trees for pollination, most peach trees are self-pollinating. This means you can plant just one tree and still expect it to produce fruit, typically within two to four years. For best results, consult with a local landscaper to choose the right peach tree variety for your specific climate, soil type, and yard layout.
