"They were on time and gave good advice about what would be best for our situation. We had one carpet area in family room somewhat heavily soiled from traffic running from garage to kitchen and had deep cleaning for that section. Other areas had light cleaning. They were friendly and efficient in getting the work done. They also gave us realistic expectations of what lighter colored carpets would look like after the cleaning. We were given shoe covers so that we could still walk over the wet areas until they dried. They did a great job!"

"Fernando was great. All spots from various messes done by my dog are gone. The carpet looks like brand new. Smells clean and fresh too. Fernando came few minutes early. He was friendly and professional. The carpet was almost completely dry by the time the job was done. Very well spent money. I have to remember to have all carpets cleaned more regularly. I have booked a service for right before Christmas. Cozy and bright for the holidays ?."

"Alan did a terrific job. I've been using him for many years and can always count on him for first rate steam cleaning. This year he had new equipment which he described as the rolls royce of steam cleaners. It was clearly much more powerful and left the carpet much drier than in the past.

"I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."
