We use a 2018 commercial truck-mount machine that delivers high psi, high vacuum pressure & high regulated heat. Our upgraded equipment delivers double the extraction which delivers double the cleaning as well as very fast dry times! We also use non-toxic, soap-free solutions that penetrate and emulsify the deepest of stains. Most solutions on the market today are detergent-based and are cost effective. However, those detergents leave behind a residue that can mask over stains and attract bacteria/ dirt, which causes faster re-soiling. You won't experience stains reappearing with our premium solutions and heavy-duty equipment. Whatta team are Jennifer and Jason! Jennifer set the schedule up efficiently and then accommodated our unexpected change without rancor. She provided clear, written instructions about how to prepare our house and what to expect afterward. Jason was punctual, cleaned our carpets where we'd requested, and left us souvenir booties to wear until the rooms/halls/steps dried. We won't be so apprehensive next time about calling up service providers such as these.

From my first communication with Kona Carpet & Tile Cleaning I received excellent customer service. The office staff was very efficient and helpful in scheduling our carpet cleaning and the men who came out to do the job were professional in every way. We had all the carpeting, an area rug and an overstuffed couch, loveseat and chair cleaned. GREAT JOB! We will definitely use them again and have already referred our neighbors to this company.

Jason cleaned and sealed my pavers on my back patio. He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond for me. I needed edging on one side and he went to Home Depot and purchased and installed the edging. I am 79 and he came back and put all my furniture back! Kona is wonderful!
