The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. "Fast and efficient (2 hours for 5 rooms and a hallway) from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. Drying time is supposed to be just 2 hours, more for heavily soiled areas. The stains seem to be all gone."
