"Misa Acosta did an excellent job repairing the water damaged floor under the refrigerator. He even had to replace parts of the subfloor. He come out the next day and even worked on the weekend. He did not charge us extra for that and his price was lower than others. I highly recommend him."

"I called Hi Tech Steamer for services because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I was really impressed with the hot water extraction method used by their powerful equipment. The carpet, although not new, looks fantastic again. Allen and Jose were very professional, courteous, and efficient. "Fast and efficient (2 hours for 5 rooms and a hallway) from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. Drying time is supposed to be just 2 hours, more for heavily soiled areas. The stains seem to be all gone."
