Miguel is very professional, friendly, and experienced. He provided a reasonable quote for my damaged engineering floors and was able to fix them after two days. He and his team are also willing to do some minor repairs. For example, they painted my kitchen ceilings and walls due to peeling and fixed the cracks on the mounting. I highly recommend Miguel for home services.

We were extremely happy with the service Miguel and his team at Wood Flooring Experts provided. They were timely, worked quickly yet meticulously, and took great care moving heavy appliances like our fridge and wine fridge. We had water damage from a fridge leak that caused our hardwood to warp, and Miguel was incredibly knowledgeable about engineered hardwood. He clearly explained what was needed to fix the floors, and the repair—right in the middle of an existing section—looks flawless. He was creative in using the extra wood we had and kept us updated throughout the process. The pricing was fair compared to other quotes we received. We’ve definitely found our “hardwood floor guy” and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any wood flooring needs. Highly recommend!

My dad found him in the yellow pages for me. I called Miguel and he was very responsive and professional. Came to give me a quote and was very honest and reasonably priced. I had termite damage, warped boards and stains, all gone by the way. We decided to get our dining room done while he was going to be here anyway and gave us a great price for that too. I did call one other person and sent pics and was told â looks like a total lossâ , what, i guess he couldnâ t be bothered, but we are glad he said that. Miguel is a hard worker and did the living room and dining room, by himself. Started Thursday and finished Friday and all we can say is WOW, looks brand new. He replaced all the termite eaten planks, warped boards and stains, gone. Iâ ve worked with wood and did my 2 bedrooms myself, but this looks amazing. He gave us samples of finishes and we went with the Satin for durability and has a decent sheen. Keep in mind, this was built in the late â 60â s and has natural hardwood floors and they came out beautiful. We will definitely use Miguel for any future projects.

After a previous contractor botched my hardwood floors, Miquel was a lifesaver. I called up a few places and was met with aggressive personnel commenting on how bad the job was and up charging me because of the situation. But Miquel was different. He came in with no bs, gave me a quote and didnâ t make me feel bad for bad decisions I made before. He was able to fix the floor despite what other flooring experts tried to scare me with. He nailed the natural/white wash color that I was picky about. He is super responsive and incredibly on time. He starts 6am sharp and will probably be there before 6am! He cares a lot about his work and will make sure youâ re happy with it. Quality work, quick turnaround, and great prices! Highly recommend!

He repaired my subfloor as the floor was bouncing when you walked over it He came out on Saturday and looked at the problem and Tuesday Morning came and did the Work. He cleanup after the work was done and the subfloor no longer bounces when you walk or bounce on it. thanks

Miguel Espinosa did a fabulous job and he also worked on my cabinets in my kitchen in order to spruce them up a little and again a fabulous job. He actually saved me quite a bit of money because he was going to replace a laminate floor in a bedroom and when he demolish the floor he found that there was a nice wooden floor underneath and he refinished and vanished and did a beautiful job on the existing wood. He listened he was a great worker he showed up on time when he said he would and he talked me through everything that he was going to do in the kitchen and with my refinished floors. I highly recommend him

The hall carpet was removed and the hardwood was restored and finished. It was a day long project and Miguel and his helper worked at the project until it was done. This was hard work and they did a great job. The floor is beautiful. The price was reasonable. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Wood Flooring Experts!
