They did not thoroughly explain how finished job would be took out floor twice thickness of new floor without showing the finished product, had to be patched on sides to cover exposed cracks. I blame contractor for not being on site for all misunderstanding

From the very start, the consultation with Marissa was outstanding. She was very helpful, informative and well prepared. She presented many flooring types to choose from and provided guidance that was much appreciated. Dan made sure that the material was quickly acquired and expediently scheduled. Steven was an excellent installer and fixed the subfloor issue around the toilet very thoroughly and installed the LVP flooring in the kitchen expertly. My high praise here is a reflection of my satisfaction and overall recommendation of this company.

I started with looking for someone to install flooring we had picked out somewhere else, but had not purchase yet. Dan came over and was willing to do the job, but when we showed him the sample of what we thought we wanted he suggested we take a look at the samples he had. We are so glad we went with his suggestion, our floors are beautiful! The workmanship of his crew is top notch and fast. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Our sales person, Dan (the owner) was very knowledgable and helpful. His mobil showroom has so many sample of product to choose from. We had thought we wanted engineered hardwood but after a discussion with Dan we choose luxury vinyl and we are very pleased with the decision and results. We experienced good communications with Dan who was always available to answer questions. Our project spanned multiple days. He visited on the first day of installation, called a couple of time during and came by to walk through the house when completed. I highly recommend this company.
