"Very good communications on appointment arrival time. All work was done extremely well by Henry and his wife, both very professional and knowledgeable. Installed my outside residential RING cameras and flood lights. 6 units total with 3 located 20 feet high above 2nd story and working well. They stayed until 9 pm to complete optimal spotlight positioning and to demonstrate system programming. The job also included installing 2 RING Smart PAR 38, LED Flood lights that were connected through the RING Bridge, all working very well. Yes, I recommend Henry and will contact him again for any future requirements of this nature."

"Ayoub pulled the meter, cleaned the bus bar and replaced 9 breakers with the improved type while we were away.  The older breakers were very loose and did not fit the box correctly.  This could cause overheating and flickering lights (which we had) and eventually damage the bus bar which would mean a new panel. He stopped by today to pick up a check for the work.  Very polite and professional. He has also quoted some down lights we want to install and will go ahead with that project after the first of the year."

"I started speaking with Paul at Wave Connects about 3 weeks prior to move in.  Paul was extremely helpful!! He helped me select a pair of 50" flat panal TV's that fit within our budget.  I really appreciated Paul's knowledge.  He never tried to upsell me or push me in to products I didn't need - in fact he actually helped me save some money along the way by recommending alternatives that were a better overall value. 

On te day of instal, Paul met me at the house with one of his installers.  We spent about 15 minutes selecting the best positions for the TV's to be installed and then they went to work.

The project actually came in under budget - (I think this may be a first for me).  The whole process was smooth and without surprises.

"The company did a great job.  They are not inexpensive... but they are worth the price.  I had purchased a TV mount on my own, and Javier told me that this particular manufacturer's product was poor quality, very bulky, and not going to make me happy.  He said I really needed to spend more to get the light weight and overall quality that would make me happy.  I was skeptical at first; I assumed that Javier just wanted to make more $$ for his company.  I was dead wrong:  when Alan brought the wall TV mount that Javier had selected for me, I saw the difference.  It was so much lighter than what I had purchased and much less bulky, so that the TV can sit closer to the wall, giving a more streamlined appearance.  It's also very sturdy and sits securely on the wall.
They came on time, were professional and friendly, and did the work quickly and excellently.  I only had one criticism: Alan only had white speaker cable with him when he installed my stereo speakers, which I had to accept although everything else is black.  They should have black and white with them at all times so that they can match the decor of the home they are installing in.  I ended up buying black wire covers for the exposed wires at extra expense, which I shouldn't have to have done.
All in all a very positive experience.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
