Trinidad did a great job following up on the initial contact coordinating an appointment and executing the required repairs. He's very knowledgeable of Audio systems in general and did a fabulous job getting my Bose LS 48 System repaired and operating well again. He didn't waste any time jumping right in to see what was working and what needed to be corrected. He adjusted levels on the system and explained along the way how all the equipment worked and identified what was broken. I'd use him again without reservation.
