"Mike fixed a problem with a Fleck water softener system that hadn't been properly installed by the contractor who remodeled our house. Also, untangled the pullout hose/sprayer in the bathtub that is not easily accessible from inside the house. Explained a few other potential problems with our water heater, but no pressure to make any financial commitments from him. He just provided me with good information. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
