"Mike fixed a problem with a Fleck water softener system that hadn't been properly installed by the contractor who remodeled our house. Also, untangled the pullout hose/sprayer in the bathtub that is not easily accessible from inside the house. Explained a few other potential problems with our water heater, but no pressure to make any financial commitments from him. He just provided me with good information. I highly recommend Oak Plumbing."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"Leo is AWESOME! Called him at the end of the day and caught him on his way home - not only did he turn around to come see if he could fix it - he had it FIXED within ONE HOUR OF MY INITIAL CALL! He didn t even mention or try to sell me a new water heater...which the other calls ALL had even the appt scheduler telling me it might be too old to repair. Leo is just good people- honest and prompt with no BS. It s refreshing because most of the time you prepare to get hosed when a contractor walks in, but with Leo you find yourself letting your guard down right away. Leo will be our ONLY plumber from this point forward and we already have a project for the future and now the one thing I was not looking forward to is not an issue. Thanks for taking care of our small issue right away! 10 STARS!"

"Great service tech. replaced a capacitor and got us up and got us running. Cleaned the unit as well. Joined the Shamrock Club. WATCH OUT FOR THE FREE PLUMBING INSPECTION!! Was an excuse to try and sell us a new hot water system for $10,500.00. Service is good ... say no to Plumbing Inspection"
