"I was the victim of vandalism. Someone apparently thinks it's cool to throw their body against garage doors to ruin them. Enjoy your permanent shoulder pain when you get old. A little reminder of me! So I called a vendor and got a good price. I called Elk Grove Overhead Doors to ask some more questions and to get a quote. They gave me a good price and since they were the local guys we went with them. Good choice. Zack and Joe came by to get some quick measurements and check things out. They came back in short order and got started extracting the cars from the garage. The doors went up and all was right again in no time. Zach and Joe were courteous and quick. Thanks so much guys and I hope to not need your services for a while. But I hope anyone else that does need garage servicing gives these folks a call. I have no regrets.

"It was emergency call , could not open my door. Paid too much for springs, oh well the repair person was at my house 8 am sharp and was done in one hour. Since my door would not open I had no leverage in negotiating the fee . Paid $ 600.00 Maybe $200.00 too much"
