I had an appointment with Damian Fernandez and he was very thorough in his explanations of the system, how it works, maintanence, future costs, just everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. And it was the best decision ! I know have purified water right at my sink from the reverse osmosis sytem and soft smell free water from all the taps. No more hard water deposits, no ashy skin and coarse hair. No more bottled water to drink or cook with. The installers were wonderful...prompt and professional. Everything spotless when they were done. They carefully explained and showed me how to use, maintain, and just in case, shut the system off. They also provide little measuring scoops for the proper amount of soap to use in the washing machine and the dishwasher."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores."
