On many occasions, he voluntarily created more work for himself to ensure perfection. Even though he was frequently hands-on with the crew—prepping, painting, or overseeing progress—he always made time to communicate with me. Whether by call or text, I never waited more than an hour for a response. Dream Painting is lucky to have someone like Roberto representing them. He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. My wife and I absolutely love the final result. We will never use anyone else for painting—Dream Painting is our go-to from now on, and we’ll specifically be asking for Roberto. "I do not recommend this company. After 2 months, my project is still incomplete. They missed every deadline we established. Slow and terrible communication, used my garage to paint someone else’s project (while neglecting mine), all door paint was peeling or stuck closed (they painted two weeks before I moved in). Poor job painting my security door. Cabinet doors are unpainted, after taking two months to cut and hang two small pieces of wood. I have a list of many things they didn’t finish but were on my bill. They didn’t include everything in the initial estimate and added a ton of money later. Put back old bathroom fixtures after paint, instead of the new ones. They will nickel and dime you - receipts for water, red bull and masks. Miguel and Kathy have a million excuses about why they can’t finish or respond on time. At least four deaths/family emergencies/sicknesses have been mentioned. They have not worked on anything since February 20th and didn’t respond to my texts asking when everything will be completed for two weeks. They have finally reached out to finish. I decided to move on and find someone else. I paid them a lot of money and now will be out even more. Hard lesson learned."
