Their professional team took us through each step of the process from design, to permitting, to build-out. The price was very reasonable (with the Angie?s list discount it ended up costing about 25% less than the other competitor we felt had the ability to do the full job). Mike examined the property, and talked to me about the project. He then provided us with an initial estimate. We then went into a brief design phase. Their designer, Ben, did a marvelous job taking our ideas and improving upon them. At that point they came up with a full project budget which we did not deviate from on the project. It was very nice to see a project cost come in exactly on target. Our backyard is now one of the nicest (if not the nicest) backyard in the neighborhood. Our next door neighbor was impressed enough that they have now contacted Lavish Gardens about doing their backyard

- JR Putman Plumbing, Heating and AirI did experience a reschedule due to the scheduled tech running long on a previous appointment, I was contacted about mid-way through my appointment window by the main office and had the choice to wait or reschedule. The second appointment time worked great. I received a text message with a picture of the primary tech so I knew who to expect. The two techs arrived in good time during my appointment window and spent two hours between the fireplace cleaning and furnace inspection. They were detailed in their cleaning and inspection reviewing the inspection results with me without applying a strong sales push. The provided copy of the inspection was helpful. I am happy with the work performed

It only took a few minutes. It was very good and they cleaned up everything. There wasn't soot or anything from the fireplace clean up.

The day of the service they called before heading to my home and they were on time and very friendly. There were two workers that arrived. One was being trained. Both were informative, timely, courteous and clean (wore shoe guards YEAH!). They cleaned up my Fireplace like new. My heating unit was tune-up and some recommendations were recommended. they were very informative on what and why I should have the work done but I didn't feel like a high pressure salesman which is good cause if they would've been I would've tuned them right out, LOL I am going to do their service club membership and will continue to do business with them for sure. Michael Cole helped us start one of his on-staff landscape architects to design our home, and provided us high-quality pricing options and suggested options to begin. We were not able to afford the entire yard, but finished the first phase this past summer. Lavish Gardens was able to accommodate many unforeseen items throughout the process. "Shortly after our master bathroom remodel we decided to revamp our kitchen. Our kitchen had the standard suburbia look: oak cabinets, bar top counter, a small useless counter area, vinly flooring and the "coffin box" looking ceiling light to name a few things.
<br /> We took out everything! We moved the kitchen layout slightly, so that the countertops would all be put to good use. We bought new cabinets with soft close and different organizing options. They even installed our BlueStar range and hood (this was purchased elsewhere), which had certain installation requirements.
<br /> We decided to update the flooring not only through the kitchen, but the breakfast nook, dining, pantry, and foyer areas. They gave us all the different flooring options and were knowledgable in each product. It was nice that we could look at them. We decided to go with a Mannington laminate flooring that looks like wood. Our friends and family think it's actual hardwood!
<br /> I can't tell you how many times we went through their showroom to look at their products and to talk to them about our ideas prior to coming up with a Master plan. Yes, there were a hiccups as anyremodel has, but Floor to Ceiling quickly addressed them. The Floor to Ceiling family are helpful and friendly.

"Bjorn is great to work with. His wife responded to my call, set the appointment, and sent a confirmation email. Bjorn showed up on time and was very professional while at our home. He looked at the house, got all the information he needed and sent us a quote the same day. After looking at the other quotes, I chose MHR. They showed up when they said they would, the tear off crew foreman Marcos was awesome. The install crew foremen Albert and Jose were great. The team that installed the gutters was amazing. "Great to work with Living Elements Landscape. They did an amazing job. My front yard was over run with English Ivy. It all had to be removed, graded, landscape matting put down. I went with a dryscape rocks so that I don't need to water anything. I love it, requires no upkeep. They also extended my retaining wall, it was partially completed with cinder block so i needed the rest completed as the part that was not cinder block was rotting wood and falling apart. The team was great, was a pleasure to work with the Field Supervisor's Bilal "Bill" and Matt. Can't say enough good things about these two, they were on time kept me updated on what has happening.
