"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."

"Great. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, how they said they would do it. I couldn't be happier.

"We can't say enough about how great this company is and echo the positive things said by other reviewers. AHR replaced the insulation, sheathing, water barrier and siding on one side of our two-story house due to prior water intrusion. We also replaced eight windows. Everything from the initial sales call to the last day working went just right. The window crew couldn't have been nicer, was on time every day, and did high quality work. The siding crew was awesome. Nick, Peter, and Andre were pleasant and SO hard working. They are a well oiled machine. The pump jack system they use allowed them to work around a shed that would have been very difficult to move. They were polite and efficient, cleaned up every day and were some of the easiest workers to have around that we've known. AHR also graciously adjusted their siding schedule to accommodate other contractors with minimal overall delays. Although we had to wait several weeks to get on their production schedule, we feel the quality of work was worth the wait. We will definitely use them again if needed and unhesitatingly recommend them!"

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. Within 5-7 years we will be looking to them for new roofs and to install the GutterHelmet System. As the treasurer of our HOA, along with the other officers, we highly recommend this company."

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"
Stucco is very challenging to DIY, so it’s always best to leave the work to professional stucco contractors. The same recommendation applies to painting a stucco house, which should be left in the reliable hands of a professional exterior painter. Inexperienced DIYers can make several critical mistakes during stucco application, such as:
Failing to apply sufficiently thick layers for longevity and water resistance
Uneven application
Uneven texture across the exterior
Mixing the stucco improperly, leaving a weak structure
Failing to texture properly in between coats, leading to cracking and chipping
Late fall is generally the best time of year for installing stucco siding. We don’t recommend hiring a stucco pro to apply this feature when the temperatures are below freezing, so it’s best to avoid applying stucco siding to your home during the winter. However, it’s safe to apply in hot and colder temperatures, so any other time of year is suitable. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Compare price quotes from at least three stucco contractors in your area to find the right pro for your task.
In some cases, stucco siding will increase your home value. Stucco is an attractive siding option, meaning it maximizes your curb appeal. This exterior feature also comes with added benefits, such as being relatively easy and affordable to repair, making your home more energy-efficient, and making the exterior of your home fire-resistant. On average, you can expect a return on investment of around 70%.
The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.
