"Wonderful! We contracted with Rick in 2017 to repair and weatherproof several stucco walls. In 2018, we began a large job consisting of removing dry rot siding, repairing the areas with plywood. In the process we repaired a bay window that was leaking. Then we added 1 1/2” foam insulation over the old siding and topped that with new manufactured wood siding. Now our house is watertight, better insulated, and refreshed with a more modern look. We will continue to work with Rick and his crew in 2019 on a deck project. His guys are always professional. "We found Michael (Frederick Jones) on Angie?s List and had
him paint the exterior of our house about a year ago.
We were very happy with
the quality of his work and we had looked at several bids and he was the most
competitive. 
This last August we put our house on the market as we were
moving out of the area.
Our realtor advised us to have the house staged and
repaint the inside-which we did. 
We
needed the work done in a timely manner as there were a lot of things we were
coordinating with a tight timetable.
The painter that was recommended by the
realtor gave a bid that we thought was high and also took way too long ? 9 days. 
Then he said he was too busy for when we
needed the work done. In the meantime I contacted Michael again and got a bid
from him.
He gave me a bid on the spot and was able to start exactly when we
needed him and did it in less than 6 days. 
As before, he did quality work and even did some things that we had not
foreseen that were not in the original bid (like painting inside closets) and he
didn?t charge us extra. And he was still $500 less than the other bid we had!  He had to work with a paint ?color expert?
from the realtor who was very demanding and particular.  Michael did a great job and was courteous and
friendly throughout.   
I would highly
recommend Frederick Jones painting for any interior or exterior work.

"The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up.  They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive.

I find TerraVenti easy to work with.  The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work.
