Otherwise, great - Marcus got out to our house quickly and there were A LOT of lights/switches/exhaust fans to install which were taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price."

James came out fast for the initial quote, turned it around very quickly after the site visit, and got us on the schedule quickly after we decided to move forward. His price was extremely reasonable compared to quotes from other highly rated providers, especially considering that they included drywall patching, which most other firms didn't. At several points in the job, small changes needed to be made (moving switches, adding some lighting, removing old fixtures and their support, installing fans, etc.). We had good back-and-forth discussions in figuring out the right solutions, and all three team members were extremely responsive and cooperative in making sure these fixes were made as requested. "During the process of removing the acoustic ceiling they took down all the ceiling fixtures. When they put them back they were in the wrong place. A ceiling fan was not reinstalled at all and a bathroom fixture put in its place with no fixture now in the bathroom. this should have been a clue that something was wrong. I contacted the provider but failed to get a call back. Now I have to hire an electrician to complete the job correctly.
