A few weeks back my desktop computer died on me. As I prefer dealing with local businesses I found Carlos' listing, and it turns out he is just down the street from me. I brought my computer in on Friday afternoon, he gave it a preliminary check, and provided me with two options. I gave him the go ahead to repair and it was ready for me to pick up Saturday morning!! Carlos is quick and efficient and I recommend him hence the 5 star rating.
