They did it fast and cheap. Their price was about 40% cheaper than the others. If I need to replace the AC unit, they will be at the top of my list.

descriptors: HONEST, RESPECTABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL, TRUSTWORTHY Exceeded our expectations. For three days, our HVAC unit wasn't cooling. Outside temperatures were in the 100's while inside our room, it hovered in the 90's. Out of desperation, we were calling multiple places to come out and finally had one come out to check out our system. Their proposal was to replace the ENTIRE SYSTEM which would cost a MINIMUM OF $8,000. Out pure desperation, we were considering it, but decided to get a second opinion. We called Las Vegas Raid-Air and he literally was out here within 1 hour! He informed what our system needed and said a whole system wouldn't be necessary. By the time he left, our inside temperature had dropped by nearly 10 degrees and maintained at our desired temperature. I could go on and on and on about our experience, but we may reach the character limit allowed.
