- Straight Line ConstructionWe contacted Straightline Construction to replace our house’s skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). Phil, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out, very high quality. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs. (I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the old skylight. You could hardly see out of it and there was a large crack. Now we see clearly out of it.

- Javier Vasquez PlasteringI used Javier Vasquez Plastering to stucco my whole house which is two storied around 2700 sq ft. There are lot of dry rot issues in my house. He provided the estimate and date of job commencement. I got quote from at least 6 stucco companies and his quote was reasonable among all of them. I did extensive research on Javier Vasquez Plastering before finalizing on using him for my project. He has more than 23 years of experience in this field. Javier has all types of professional workers working with him. He arranged first to remove and fix the dry rot. That was performed with utmost care. That job was a major one. Along with it we replaced couple of windows. Once all the dry rot were fixed, the lathing process started. The guys are fast and professional. The count inspection passed the very first time. The he did the first coat of Stucco in one day. We had over 7 people on that day. The he let the first coat to settle for a week. In the mean time he installed all the pop outs around doors and windows. Then he did the finish coat. The work is excellent and high quality. He only used industry standard products for the work. Javier and his team was meticulous and professional and fast. The whole project started on 8/29/2022 and ended on 10/6/2022. This was the fastest anybody did stucco in my neighborhood. All my neighbors gave extremely good comments regarding the work. They finished the project on time and the quality was top notch. I would hire him again if I need any work. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and anybody who is asking for reference

"The workmen was fantastic but the communication was not that good, they did a wonderful job, less mess, quick and thorough, they repaired the stucco and you couldn't tell that it was repaired, it looks brand new. Although the workmen came in to remove the stucco but we didn't know, and their was an additional unexpected cost which we were told that we didn't need an inspection or permit, that was quite frustrating. We would definitely hire them again, but location wise, its not possible.

"Met with rep for quote, spent 90 minutes and he barely looked at the house. He asked what other quotes i had received and said he could match them. When he left, he said he would send us a quote in 24-48 hours. I had to call him 4 days later to get our quote which was no where near matching the other quotes we had. I will not consider this company for any of the other work I need done on my house based on this experience.

"I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze. During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!
