"I had a kitchen floor with 20 year old linoleum that had water damage on it. When the flooring was replaced after the leak, the wood subfloor beneath it was not repaired, and so it rotted away. It had become so soft I actually was able to push my finger through it at one point and make a hole through the linoleum on the floor and the wood below. I explained this to Juan who came to give me an estimate and he said it would be no problem to repair the floor. I also wanted to replace the old white linoleum with woodgrain vinyl plank flooring. He showed me some samples and we landed on one that I liked. He quoted me a very decent price for the kitchen, and later I decided to do the bathroom as well, so it would match the kitchen. The day of the installation, his crew arrived within five minutes of the time quoted. They were friendly fast and knowledgeable as they replaced the rotted wood and fixed some squeaks that were in the joists. They were careful and accurate in laying the new plank flooring in both the kitchen and the bathroom. After the job was done, I looked at it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It makes the house look new again! Thanks again to Juan and his team of installers! I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."

I had used them years ago to replace carpet in one of the bedrooms, and liked them. They did not disappoint this time. I would recommend them to anyone wanting wood floors put in."

"Javier made time to meet with me on July 4th for my estimate which was surprising but appreciated since I had limited availability due to living out of town. His knowledge about floor restorations was extensive and he answered every question I had about my 65 year old floor. He had even recommended a high traffic sealant since I am preparing my house for rent. Yes, I want the high traffic finish but I was concerned about the fumes for my tenants. He explained that they now use low VOCs and the smell goes away much quicker than the older stuff, which gave me peace of mind. I reviewed stain samples right then and we chose a slightly darker color stain to camouflage some of the nail damage from an old carpet installation. During the job, he worked with my project manager who told me his team was prompt, professional and delivered an absolutely beautiful floor. They even stained all of the thresholds including the entry so that it would match the floor! The last perk was being able to pay the deposit and final invoice from my computer at home. "Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."
