They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

"I had a somewhat unusual project. I was in the process of renting out my condo when I found out that I needed to redo the bathroom tiles in both shower and bathtub surround, two weeks before my tenant was to move in. When I interviewed various contractors, Gino impressed me with his detailed cost estimate, trying to capture potential additional costs to give me a realistic picture of the overall cost. He was very quick in sending the proposal and, given that a speedy project completion was one of my goals, I hired him. Gino did not disappoint. Any aspect of the project that he controlled was scheduled in a timely manner. The aspects that he did not control, such as the scheduling of city inspections, he managed to speed up by contacting the inspector to move up the inspection date, making sure that any items the inspector mentioned on his first visit (installation of smoke detectors, which were not part of the project, proper types of outlets) were done and checked by the second inspection so as not to drag on the final inspection. None of the inspections had any problems. Gino and his crews were also very careful with protecting of floors, carpets and cabinets, and he was making sure that everything was done to his high standards. The job site was somewhat difficult to navigate since my tenant had just moved in and there were many boxes. There was only one aspect I was not completely happy with, the finishing of the window installation that is in between the shower and bathtub. I wish there would have been more discussion on how the second side would be dealt with. A solution was found, but a better solution could have been created if Gino would have seen the window area after the install and if time was not so much of the essence. Overall, Gino is a responsive contractor who does quality work in a timely manner."
