"Job took longer than promised and the communication between there workers was lacking and the work done on our house was very sloppy. Their workers caused damage to our antique bookcase and the job was set back because of Jeffrey's lack of communication & professionalism. This company wanted to try to convince us not to get a permit before the work began Vinent Acosta owner of this company is in co-hoots with his employee Jeffrey R to give false estimates & reports of work that does not need to be done. Jeffrey head bidder said and wrote an estimate for $3,150 that I needed to repair a hole in cast iron pipe under my house. Later this was determined to be a false estimate and an attempt to rip us off. We had to call them down numerous times to correct the work they did not do correctly. We would never recommend these people to do any plumbing work. They give a quote than later try to up the price which is very dishonest. They did not respect the integrity of the design of our house running exposed plumbing lines through rooms instead of the exterior stucco & wood. When they did set a time to do some work and correction work they did not show up or call us to reschedule. The workers they sent out to our house to do the work arrived with unmarked cars and plain clothes appeared to be subcontracted and wanted to try to begin the work without showing me a permit that I had asked for a week prior. Initially they tried to convince us not to get a permit to do the job. After paying them $15,000 we are left to hire another plumbing company to finish work they promised to do but failed & refused to do. There technician Jefferey demanded full payment before the job was fully inspected. I would rate Alpine Plumbing & Rooter less than a one star. Beware of lack of honesty and false promises. We regret ever hiring them we were given a 3 day promise that the plumbing job would be complete when it took them almost a month."

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward.
