Faucet was installed within 20 to 25 minutes. He also fixed a leak in my bathtub in the Master bathroom and installed new a new drain and spout. "Oury at Universal Home Design did a spectacular job on the renovation of our condo in Pasadena. We completed two total bathroom renovations, replaced a fireplace, and touched up a variety of other small projects throughout the home. Oury set a fair price with a clear understanding that I would pay for all of the finishes (such as tile, vanities, faucets, etc...). I was out of town for the entire project, and Oury communicated with me every step of the way, always checking in to confirm how I wanted things done and sending photos as each phase of construction was completed. He and his team were quick, efficient, trustworthy, and they paid attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful.
