"Joe and his team spent several months with us doing a fabulous major remodel of our 50-year-old townhouse. He completely tore out and remade three full bathrooms and our kitchen down to the studs. It is so beautiful now that guests are stopped in their tracks and I have had many people ask for help with their own projects after seeing it.à   In particular, the guys at JoRod were reliable and on time, organized, friendly and careful. They went above and beyond to make sure everythingà  was done to our specifications, and they offered useful advice when we weren't sure what we wanted to do. They were responsive in communication, polite and easy toà  work with. Joe and I worked together to design a new master bathroom from scratch, borrowingà  space from the closet to add a bathtub. He framed the new room and added walls and a door. He tiled, plumbed, installed and painted. He built me new shelves for the existing closet and brought in an electrician to add all new lighting for all four remodeled rooms. I chose some very complicated tile patterns and he figured it all out.à   He also replaced the water heater and figured out how to vent the space under the house to keep it from corroding.à  He went shopping with me to pick up tile with his truck and picked up things for me that I ordered. This was my second project working with JoRod, since I also hired him to redo the bathroom in my parents' house. I enjoy working with him and would definitely do it again. I can recommend him without hesitation."

"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances.
