"Norma, thank you so much for the very kind words. It was a pleasure working with both of you. All the best, Adam."
"I don't know a Bjay J in Winnetka but I assume this is Bobbie Jones. First off, you have a lien filed against your property that was recorded in the County of Los Angeles as of 3/22/22 at 1:42PM due to non-payment of finished material I purchased on your behalf as a COURTESY to you. It was YOUR responsibility to supply the material. I did it as a service expecting to get paid! I have copies of the lien so all documents can be provided to whomever would like to see them. To say that your comments are irrelevant and ridiculous is an understatement. We did a bathroom remodel, relocated the laundry, replaced flooring, pantry, recessed lighting. And painted the hallway. We provided work above and beyond the scope we were committed to. Your hallway paint was falling apart due to poor workmanship so we primed and painted it at NO CHARGE. During work we asked you and your wife at every stage how you liked things, your comments etc. And there was never a negative comment. At the end we passed the final inspection and you paid the final payment. If we didn't listen to you during work, I don't think you would have just paid us. At the end I asked you to pay me the $585.54 for finished material that you were responsible for, according to the contract and you refused to pay. I am not sure why you would not pay such a small amount that you owed. I told you that I would have to file a lien and you didn't seem to care, so I did. You also told me about the other contractor that left your window job in the middle. You blamed him for something he did wrong...I wonder what his side of the story is... Writing this vague review will not remove the lien. This platform is supposed to help other customers learn about service providers rather than be used as a revenge or payback tool, especially that the work was top notch. Best, Adam"

It was truly a pleasure working with you, and we hope you enjoy the new house for many years to come. Thank you again, and all the best. Adam."

"Hi Elmer, Thank you very much for your kind words and we appreciate you trusting us with a second project for your home. We hope you guys are enjoying the addition we built last year. The new fence and gates are a great addition to the house. We hope you are enjoying the mini golf court. It looks awesome. Best to you and the family, Adam"
"There are two sides to every story! First, I would like to say that I am the first one to say that the job was not properly done! For that, I am very sorry and I apologized countless times. I gave up a payment of $2,950 and was paid a total of $8,800 for the job. In an attempt to rectify the errors, I purchased all new tiles out of my pocket. I also purchased a second tub out of my pocket. All in all, I paid over $10,000 over and above the initial cost of the job, out of pocket, in order to make things right. TUB ISSUE: The 2nd tub was installed by one of my guys, Gabriel, who has been doing this for over 20 years and is an EXCELLENT tradesman. It was installed correctly at the beginning of April 2018. In Feb. 2019 you e-mailed me complaining about a tub issue. This was 10 months after we installed the 2nd tub and left the house. Frank, the contractor you hired and I paid for, did come twice to your house. *My tub has a crack in it near the drain*. Changing the drain was one of the things he was doing. I have his invoices from Aug. 2018! So, 10 months after we installed a second tub, and about 6 months after your contractor did additional work, including the tub drain, you complained to me. Your contractor should bear some responsibility for the work he performed. Regardless, I e-mailed you back in Feb 2019 and said that no matter who the fault it is, let us try to rectify this, and I will try to help as best I can. I never heard from you since. I never once tried to escape my responsibility. I stayed in touch and answered any and all texts, e-mails, and/or phone calls, day or night. He had 15 or more years of experience.* I have never said to anyone that I was in business for 15 or more years. Never! *I have his notepad where he searched on how to install a tub*. WHAT? Notepad with instructions on how to remodel a bathroom? First, I never carry such a notepad, and secondly, were you going through my personal stuff? *the contractor and his girlfriend were staying in my condo*. I never stayed in the condo. This is simply not true! Regarding your 2nd hire. You said that you had a recommended contractor that you wanted to hire. I agreed and reimbursed you twice for your expenses! I paid close to $2,000 for him coming twice to your place. Again, I am truly sorry for what happened. I think that anyone reading this and read the other 16 unsolicited reviews will conclude that this was a one-time case rather than a pattern. all our reviews are unsolicited. no *offers* or *benefits* of any kind were made to anyone writing a review. We are an honest company with the best intentions in mind! I wish you the best going forward."

"Jill, Thank you for your kind comments. This was our second project and it was a pleasure working with you again! Thank you, Best, Adam"
"Hi Tish It was a pleasure working with you. We did not think about a mold test initially because the house was remodeled a couple of years ago with permits so we just assumed that a mold test would have been performed already. (Or at least should have been). As to the vanity issue, that was my personal mistake. We learn from those. Thanks again and all the best, Adam"
"Raymond, thank you for your comments. Just to clarify, every project we do has to adhere to strict city and State codes. In this case, your mom wanted the patio ceiling higher than was possible by code. This resulted in dividing the patio cover into TWO separate patio covers to accommodate the height your mom wanted. I agree that we could have communicated this better. However, this was the only way in order to comply with the code AND satisfy your mom's wishes. This also resulted in the extra cost of $1,500 which was the cost of material and labor only! No profit was added to this cost. We appreciate you trusting in us and the last time I visited the house your mom told me she was very happy. Thank you and all the best to your family."
