".I saw the special on Angie's and paid the $99 for the offer. It was for $99 of tree trimming.The estimator came to the house shortly thereafter, when he had arranged with us. He told us what we wanted would be $175.0  So I said minus $99 , right? He said , yes
Shortly thereafter a crew arrived, and they topped my tree, and cut it away from the supply cables supplying the house.
The crew had not cut enough away from the cables when I checked as they were cleaning up. That was my fault because I was not clear on what I needed.
They gave me no problem whatever and did what I wanted, even though they had mostly cleaned up when I figured it out. I can't remember all the names and I can't find the bill, but junior was the guy up the tree, I think. Ed might have been the estimator.
They were clean punctual, and tidied up after. Next time I have a tree problem, they'll get the call!
