Let's just say that this company and I started on the wrong foot. There was some misunderstanding between Ed (the estimator) and I for what was included in the Angie's List deal. I refused to pay more for the service that I thought should have been included in the deal, and I was pretty turned off by this company.

Here's where it turned around. Ed later called to apologize for the misunderstanding and the front desk immediately took care of this job for the Angie's Deal.
