"Service person arrived and told me what he was going to do. I told him he had to go in the attic and he said that wasn't a problem. I also said I had a second furnace and asked how much for it. He said he would take a look at it and tell me after he did the first one. He took the filters out on the patio for cleaning being careful to wear shoe covers when he came in the house. He did the second furnace for the same price of $39. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

"It was a super hot day .They started at 7 and finished at 1. They called the UDig to mark off the utilities locations and came back to clean up the markings. Very responsive to my emails. Our next door neighbor had a leak in their meter box. A technician came out and replaced a valve. Anyone could have taken advantage of this situation and told them they had to have the pipe replaced but this company has integrity."

It is a dirty job with jackhammering my whole bathroom and ran a new pipe via pipe bursting to the street. They cleaned up every day and did not leave a mess. Three people worked well together and each one had a ð"

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"
