"The scheduler,Jocelyn, called soon after I purchased the deal on Angie's list and was incredibly friendly and easy to work with.  She was able to find a slot that was convenient for me less than a week out.
Jocelyn called about 20 minutes ahead of the technicians arrival, well within the 3 hour window they provided. Teh technicians, James and Billy, were courteous, friendly and professional. For example, when in the condo they put on booties to keep things clean. After the assessment they went over the results with me and answered any question I had completely.
The experience from beginning until the end was perfect. I would definitely consider My Plumber in the future.

"This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! "First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"

"I had a running toilet. I called Gorilla Plumbing and spoke to Mickey Romero. He came over immediately and we discussed options. I decided to go with the toilet replacement altogether and angle valve replacement as well. Mickey provided everything, did an immaculate job and he even cleaned up the entire area as well when he finished. Very professional, very easy, very smooth. 10/10 experience. I will be calling Gorilla Plumbing again and requesting for Mickey if I have any other plumbing problems/questions/concerns."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
