Jocelyn called about 20 minutes ahead of the technicians arrival, well within the 3 hour window they provided. Teh technicians, James and Billy, were courteous, friendly and professional. For example, when in the condo they put on booties to keep things clean. After the assessment they went over the results with me and answered any question I had completely.
The experience from beginning until the end was perfect. I would definitely consider My Plumber in the future.

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. "I had a running toilet. I called Gorilla Plumbing and spoke to Mickey Romero. He came over immediately and we discussed options. I decided to go with the toilet replacement altogether and angle valve replacement as well. Mickey provided everything, did an immaculate job and he even cleaned up the entire area as well when he finished. Very professional, very easy, very smooth. 10/10 experience. I will be calling Gorilla Plumbing again and requesting for Mickey if I have any other plumbing problems/questions/concerns."

"We had old sewer line removed and new sewer line installed for our bathrooms. The job was completed in the time quoted and for the amount they estimated. Polite and professional crew. We would recommend this company."

"Gabriel, the owner, promptly provided an estimate that was much higher than three others I secured. The higher cost was related to moving the furnace to the attic because the larger furnace plenum would interfere with a roof truss. Since others did not recommend moving to the attic, Gabriel offered to come back and reevaluate his proposal. By offsetting the furnace in the closet, he agreed it would fit. The new proposal was comparable to others, and included larger coolant lines. I chose him because he knew his business and explained things very well. I was convinced he would do a good job. The work was done on time and to perfection. The workers (all speaking good English) were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, hard working and they cleaned up every day. The system works great. The insulation keeps the house moderate, so the system does not work nearly as often. An asbestos abatement company had to come in ahead to remove existing asbestos. They charged $800 to remove two pieces (a flu casing and a small wall piece next to the flu). Two workers spent 1.5 hrs to do the job. I felt their price was too steep. Gabriel was able to get them to reduce their price by $200. At my request, Gabriel gave me a week after completion for payment so that I could post the payment after the credit card closing billing cycle, allowing me an extra month to gather the funds. That was nice of him, since the contract was for full payment upon completion. All in all a good experience."
