It was wonderful. Technician arrived in time; reviewed situation and made recommendations. Began working shortly thereafter. Michael was informative along the way. Truth told I was pleasantly shocked. Carpet looked new. Certainly on my list for future cleanings. Triple AAA+ rating. Thank you Michael.

This was a small job - I just needed two bedroom carpets cleaned to send a receipt to our landlord upon move out. Despite the small/quick nature of the work, the technician showed up on time, was very professional, and completed the work quickly. Easy to schedule online and via text, I paid with a credit card, and they emailed my receipt. Very easy transaction overall.
