"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. "I recently hired Ernie and George with Bluestar to bid and ultimately complete what I am calling "phase 2" of my backyard. I put a pool in when I first moved in 2 years ago and the second half and both sides of the house were unfinished. I had unfortunately worked with shrubhub to design something and that experience is one I wouldn't recommend. That said, I worked with blue star to come up with a design that was within my budget (after some back and forth and cutting a few things out) which was not huge.
