She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
