"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? There was an issue with the installation of our whole home ‘Moen Flo’ leak monitoring system, but Carlos came right back out to personally fix the issue that his workers didn’t complete. I’ve since used Carlos (C&C Plumbing) to install same system on another house of ours in Vacaville, also had him clear clogged sewer main. Each of our services have been done with excellent results. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
