But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Our front yard was over 40 years old. He and his crew cleaned up, removed old shrubs, removed a large tree stump, and removed overgrown ivy from a tree and the front of our house. He trimmed five overgrown bushes that had grown over seven feet tall. He hauled away all debris. He installed a drip system for our plants. Alex was very prompt, very fair in his bid, and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with his landscaping work.
