"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
