  I've been planning to write a review for a little while now I am happy I finally got to it. I decided to go with Fine Builders back in November for multiple reasons. From our initial meeting I could tell that Nir is a genuine person that really cares about his clients and he do all he can to make sure that the work will come out perfect and without any problem. Since I wasn't too familiar with construction projects, it was extremely important to go with a good company. Fine builders is exactly what I needed, timely, honest, informative and hard working. I did a few projects at the house, I expanded the kitchen and added a family room with a bathroom. I love the new kitchen and the spacious family room. It truly made a difference to my life style, I now actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen. The process went smoothly because I knew I was in good hands with Nir.   We found these guys here on Angie's list, and contacted them to rebuild our old, worn out deck. They were prompt and professional, friendly and efficient. They were very helpful with guiding us in selecting from all the options available. We were pleased enough that we asked about residing our house. They again were great to work with and offered a fair price for the work, and helped with all the decisions. They did the entire house, which is some areas is actually three stories high. They were able to offer a great deal on new windows since they had everything off the exterior of the house and the windows were easy (relatively) to replace. We liked them enough to also hire them on to build us a covered porch. I am THRILLED with these completed projects! I dread any kind of remodeling, but these guys were again friendly and professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. The work is top notch and was fairly priced. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family and I'd definitely hire them againshow more

  I was very lucky to be referred to Dennis Ness as a licensed contractor. I had many bad experiences with previous contractors. He remodeled one house for me which sold at top dollar in 2007 and remodeled a second house I bought in 2017. He tiled and remodeled both bathrooms which needed updating. Dennis also tore out the carpeting and put in cherry wood flooring throughout the entire house, which completely changed and renewed the house appearance. The deck was completely falling apart and he suggested a poured concrete patio with new roofing and skylights. This patio gave me an outside area to eat and entertain company winter or summer. The most recent work he did was to paint the interior and exterior of the entire house with much more cheerful colors and replace all the old windows and sliding glass doors with energy efficient glass. What I have liked about Dennis Ness is he will take the time to discuss personal ideas, colors and lasting construction materials. He is a very fast, honest, money conscientious, and hardworking manshow more
