So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.

We had our patio re-done with built in bbq. Adrian made some recommendations we hadn’t thought of that served well. He communicated with us and was always available for a check-in when we had questions. He attended to details and concerns along the way personally. We are very much enjoying the final product and looks beautiful!

Very well. immediate response from initial contact and an estimate was received. Adrian showed us our product options in the showroom. An estimate start date was given, they actually started ahead of time. The workers were on time everyday. Adrian or his brother were there every day on site answer any questions and to ensure the work was being done as contracted. Drop cloths were laid down each day to pick up roof debris and collected at the end of the day. There was minimal mess. Adrian was very helpful in answering all of our question and providing helpful ideas. I would definitely recommend So Cal Construction.

They did a very fine job. Quality of the work was very acceptable. The insulation keeps the room at a very nice temperature. I'd recommend them highly to anyone.

I am an editor of a construction journal and I use Eric's videos to illustrate the correct way to install and repair roofs. He does excellent work and knows his stuff.

He did a good job. Very responsive if you need help. Gives a lot of pointers.

They did and excellent job on outdoor living space. They installed a aluminum patio cover, pool remodel, outdoor kitchen, pavers and hardscapes. They also painted our back area of the house! Adrian and his team designed our dream backyard. I was a little stressed but the final outcome was exactly what we expected. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the outdoor living space

We have not gotten the work done yet. There was one person that came by, I scheduled with someone else. They were very good, I have no complaints.

Terrible, Angie's List would not assist in getting my money back.

Adrian promised on May 17th he will send the design by June 2nd. After several phone calls to office ( Holly, K..., C...)and him. Several text messages to him...Cause he does not take calls or return calls...And after threatening to write a bad review...he sent me on August 2nd a generic picture of dining table and gazebo....Absolutely no creativity. Very disappointed with Angie's list cause they are continuing to run specials from him.

They said it would be done in 2 weeks and we are currently on week 6. One person does not know what the other is doing. Very sloppy work. I have had to be here the whole time because I have to watch them and make sure they are doing the correct thing. The project manager is NEVER on site and most of the time the guys do not know what they are doing. They also have been going to the bathroom in the backyard...very unsanitary. They said they would not use subcontractors but they have...actually the subcontractors do better work than the company guys. Do NOT hire these guys, you will be disappointed. And I suggest Angie's list remove them from their list of carriers.

Terrible. So Cal Contractors delayed me twice even though I had paid for the work already. Then they didn't show up on the scheduled date. When I called to ask where they were, they told me that they could not schedule me and would have to give me a refund. I guess Angie List customers are not a priority.

Provider said they got so busy from the ad that they have been unable to provide timely and quality service. Poor management and job performance. "A rip off" as far as product rendered. Caveat Emptor !

I called immediately after purchasing but they didn't have any record of my purchase yet. They called me back when they did. Then they couldn't schedule my initial consultation in time for me to send to the HOA. When Adrian did come out, he was on time and professional. We discussed what I wanted and asked appropriate questions, so I thought it would go well. However, After 3 weeks, and 4 phone calls with promises from the office staff that he was overwhelmed by the amount of work the offer generated and that he would get it to me the next day, I told them to cancel. I never received the digital plans each time they said he would send them.

Adrian Nunez Showed up on April 26 to look at my backyard and provide some suggestions. He said it would take approximately 6 days to send me the 3D graphics and to discuss the ideas. As of today, May 16, he has not contacted me or delivered the 3D rendering of the project. I called on May 15, spoke with Holly, and said she would let Adrian know I called. Asked me to give it a couple of more days. I will call again tomorrow and if I get another excuse I am going to ask Angie's list to give me a refund for non performance.

So far we just got a 3D model of some potential work, but they did a good job helping us brainstorm ideas and get a better picture of what is possible.

The sketches and follow up was promised in 1 week after the consultation. I called back after 3 weeks with no response and spoke to someone disappointed. 3 days later they sent sketches and the 3d video with no context or recommendation of follow up? Since that, i have not had any further correspondence. I was completely underwhelmed with with sketches and drawings. The price was $99 and i think that is what their gimmick is, not actually do the work, but rope people in for 100 bucks. Don't waste your money or time. Higher a proper landscaping company to invest their time and reputation on producing ideas for you. Very sad, because i usually have good experiences thru AngiesList. I am way more selective now...clearly AL is not doing their homework on contractors that they let do offers.

A layout was provided, but the dimensions were off. The layout showed a rectangular yard and my yard is a triangle. Also, I wanted a drought resistant landscape, and their plan included grass and a fountain. I also had to call them, as they did not contact me.
