"Mike installed a new water heater for me in a rental I own. Home Depot told me everything about requirements (of California and for mobile homes) to pick the best water heater and would not let me schedule installation until it could be delivered to the store in two weeks. I then found Mike online and called him. He came and inspected, came back and installed the water heater with all the requirements for less than Home Depot was going to charge and it was done in the same day. Premier Rooter & Plumbing was efficient, professional, and very pleasant. Mike does beautiful work and is very neat.
