My project involved the preservation and remodel of a designated historical single-family Spanish Revival home built in 1925 in San Diegoâ s historical district, Burlingame. Frank was involved with installing all new plumbing throughout the house â 1.5 bathrooms, Kitchen, Laundry, Sewer line â running water lines and gas from the home to its detached garage, waste from the garage to the new sewer line, installation of an instant water heater in the garage and installing all bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I can not begin to say how professional, knowledgeable and what a pleasure it was to work with Frank.  He does his job well, timely and on budget.  Large or small job â you wonâ t be disappointed with Frank.
